ABOUT
ATELIER FRØ is a contemporary botanical art studio nestled between fjord and forest on Nesodden, just outside Oslo, Norway.
Our approach is simple: work locally, sustainably, and with respect for nature.
Each design is made with care and emphasis on reuse, minimal waste and to highlight natural form and texture.
We offer seasonal botanical styling services for companies, brands, creative agencies, galleries or concept stores and we’re always open to new creative collaborations.
ATELIER FRØ is a space for growth, creativity, and connection — where nature inspires and craftsmanship blooms — it’s a creative partner for projects where aesthetics, concept and sustainability come together.

STANDS FOR CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every piece is handcrafted using sustainable floristry techniques and mindful practices. We work with the natural movement and organic structure, embrace seasonality and avoid waste where possible.
Contemporary floristry and work with variety of botanical materials is for us about atmosphere, presence, about creating compositions that feel alive — organic, sculptural, and quietly powerful.
It is a practice of slowing down, of honoring the process, of letting ideas take root and bloom.
FRØ
meaning seed and represents origin. potential. direction.
A seed holds quiet power. It does not rush. It does not force. It waits for the right conditions – and then it grows. It reminds us that everything begins small — with an idea, a feeling, a shift.
Most of the flowers and plants we work with are grown locally from seed by small-scale farmers and passionate growers in the area — many from our own garden and the surrounding landscape.
