Risograph printing process is a stencil-based, low-energy printing process where plant-based oil ink is transferred directly onto uncoated paper.
The result is tactile, slightly imperfect and unpredictable. Printed on uncoated Munken paper, the images feel almost like they are fading as they appear.
The result feels closer to a memory than a reproduction.
They are afterimages.
A memory of a form. A shadow of a season.
